| What does God mean to me? |
He is my boss, friend, guide, mentor,
disciplinarian, source of everything I own… etc. |
| Why do I write? |
I always saw myself being a writer in
the second half of my life. I am driven to write transformational
thoughts, thus the joy of writing is something that keeps me going
through the difficult times. |
| Something weird about me... |
I could sit and read maps all day! |
| My vision for the future |
An online community of people
interested in authentic relationship with God and others, a people
willing to push the boundaries of normality in being obedient to
their calling! |

I have been
married to my wonderful husband for eleven years and we have been
blessed with five beautiful boys (...with number
six on
the way!). |
| What does God mean to me? |
God is
everything to me. He is freedom and life. He is my source. He is
the smell of rain and the sound of laughter. He is mighty like the
thunder, and gentle as a newborn. |
| Why do I write? |
I cannot help
but write. I have known I was a writer since I was a little girl. I
write because I am called to encourage.
Check out my new book
Marathon Mum! |
| Something weird about me... |
I
don't like to wear shoes. |
| My vision for the future |
My desire is
to leave a message that will impact the world, one life at a time.
The message is that there is hope, rescue, and abundant life in
Christ. |

| What does God mean to me? |
God is my
hope - hope for me to become who He designed me to be; hope for
my relationships to flourish under His guidance; hope to stand my
ground when things get tough...I know He has plans for me, to
continue to give me hope and a bright future! |
| Why do I write? |
Because I
can't not... There are too many words in my head that are just dying
to get out! |
| Something weird about me... |
We have a
cutlery stand that sits on the bench. I get a great sense of
satisfaction when I unload the dishwasher and all of the spaces are
filled with clean cutlery! Odd I know... |
| My vision for the future |
That I will be
walking so closely with God that people won't help but be able to
see Him in me...and I want to get some books published! |

To place
revelatory 'new' thoughts before people in written form. Invariably,

Creator and Redeemer, again and again. My current ministry online is

| Some thoughts I wanted to share... |
I grew up in Southern
California and then moved to a small Southern California mountain
community when I married 35 years ago.
I have 3 children (grown) and 2
grandchildren, Michael and Mei Li. My sweet daughter-in-law is from
China and tells us amazing stories of her growing up in the country
side.
I am a "senior" now, live a simple
mountain life, but not retired. I am the Faith Formation Director
of our parish which takes up most of my time. It's wonderful!
It is a privilege to share my
thoughts with others and it is my prayer that they will be blessed
just as I am blessed through their encouragement and walk in the
Lord.
As I've written to you before, your
daily thoughts bring light to my life and remind me of our Lord's
faithfulness, goodness and glory. |

| What does God mean to me? |
He is the
lover of my soul. I am deeply thankful my imagination cannot confine
Him. |
| Why do I write? |
Writing for me
is the expression of thoughts welling from deep within. There is so
much to say that words cannot verbally portray. Polishing and
crafting to a final expression is like a work of art. Pause a moment
and you may experience it’s beauty! |
| Something weird about me... |
I love being
creative and doing things well, I am almost too fussy.
Examples:
-
Painting –
watercolour, acrylic
-
Building
my first acoustic steel-stringed guitar.
-
Photography – exploring the Australian bush and it’s amazing
diversity
|
| My vision for the future |
Forever open
to God’s leading. My imagination is not big enough for what God has
in store in the world eternal. I just want to be there! |

| What does God mean to me? |
Jesus is my all
in all, my Saviour, Lord and closest Friend. He
has filled my heart with joy; He has given me a song to sing and a
message to share. He has been my Stronghold, my Deliverer,
my Rock and my Fortress. I praise Him for the deep
meaning He has brought into my life. His love is truly amazing! |
| Why do I write? |
Writing gives me
a deep sense fulfilment; the knowledge that I am doing what I
was born to do. I do have a wonderful message to share;
something to shout out from the rooftops. Writing comes as
naturally to me
as breathing and smiling. |
| Something weird about me... |
I entertain my
family with some weird tongue tricks, including touching the
tip of my nose with my tongue! Perhaps I should join a circus? |
| My vision for the future |
To reach
others with the love of Jesus. To see the written word reach out
and transform people. To bless, inspire, exhort,
energise and encourage others. A world where God’s truth
reaches everyone. |
