The deadly pill

by Bruce Wadd

The other day I stood and watched in amazement as this elderly person took their prescribed pills for various ailments. The number absolutely astounded me.

The supposed power and impact of the miniscule medication meant that every four hours this retiree had to repeat the same dosage.

It’s incredible to think that such a small pill can have so much impact.  Take the wrong one or at the wrong time, and some have the power to kill!

Your body is made up of many parts, and amazingly the most powerful instrument we have is also rather small.  The tongue, like the small tablet, can be used for either positive or negative. The nature of its use is left entirely in your control!

“Ability to give wise advice satisfies like a good meal.  Those who love to talk will suffer the consequences.

Men have died for saying the wrong thing!”

Proverbs 18:20, 21

Today, make sure the deadly pill is life-giving medication… it’s in your control!
