Towards 1000

I’m getting close to writing one thousand articles for Today’s Thought. And thus I am regularly reminded of how easy it is for me to get sidetracked, lost or discouraged by the overwhelming task ahead.

Are you like that with things in your life?

I also notice, though, that amazing progress happens with a daily habit. So you will see me almost every morning of the week sitting on my deck, laptop in hand, writing these simple words.

Goals are reinvigorated when activity happens!

Sometimes you may be overtaken by circumstances or sin in your life. You may go from being madly in love with Him, feeling close and deeply spiritual, to feeling like $%#@*&!

This is the devil’s goal, to get you there, and keep you there. So my task today is simple … to remind you of your goal – an intimate relationship with the maker of this universe!

He is in love with you! Keep turning towards to Him!

“See how very much our heavenly Father loves us,

for He allows us to be called His children –
