Standing in awe by
When was the last time you stood and admired a beautiful sunset? Wondered at the gift of an organ transplant? Admired someone for giving away money to help others when they can’t really afford it?
When you start contemplating the many good things around you, you notice amazing things going on!
During Jesus’ time on earth many people were in awe of Him. None more so than the Roman officer at Jesus’ death! With all the confusion of that moment in world history, the soldier was just following orders. Through doing his duty though he became aware of someone very unique and special. He couldn’t resist being amazed by this person – Jesus Christ!
He said, “Surely
this was the Son of God.”
You too have that chance, to look at the positive of your life.
TODAY, stand in awe of what is around you. Admire God and His handiwork!
