Beads of sweat by
Upon finishing a 45-minute brisk walk I noted the wet T-shirt, glistening brow and damp hair. Thus to lower the body temperature, I dived into the pool and completed a quick 40 laps. Then it was off to the shower for cold water cleansing, scrub and shampoo.
After all this water I thought the body would have cooled down, but half way through towelling down beads of sweat began appearing all over my body. Within two minutes it was like I hadn’t been for a swim or shower, my body glistened with sweat from head to toe! Frustrating, to say the least!
Did you know that living in the Spirit is the same? With salvation comes the Holy Spirit. Once the third part of God captures your life, from the inside out, changes begin occurring, and like sweat on the brow, changes keep flowing as you get to know Him!
“…then He saved us… by washing away our sins and giving us the new joy of the indwelling Holy Spirit.” Titus 3:5
