Pepsi Twist by
It’s new! It’s exciting! It’s different! At least that’s what the advertisements say – and we always believe them!
Pepsi are trying to capture the market for those who are looking for something a little different. As you drink the product it has the core taste of Pepsi, but with a hint of lemon that increases as you drink it.
As I have talked to people that have tried it they say, “You either like it or hate it!” At the moment it’s not my favourite drink either!
Sin is so much like the new product. So often evil arrives in your life, not as a full frontal attack, but rather as a hint. It’s something a little different that you are tempted to try.
Sometimes we don’t even recognize the temptation until it's upon us. Sometimes we like the new ‘twists’, and get hooked in for the long term.
Your only answer – staying in relationship with Jesus! He will guide you through the ‘twists’ and ‘turns’.
“O Lord, you are so good and kind, so ready to forgive; so full of mercy for all who ask your aid.” Psalms 86:5
