In line

by Bruce Wadd

I stood and watched the line of traffic, queued for turning right across a busy three lane highway. It was peak hour, and there was no let up of the stream of vehicles.

‘How are they going to get through?’ I wondered.

Within a five-minute period I saw… just wait; screech the wheels and burst through; go the long way and do a U-turn; flash lights with swearing and hand gestures; edge out and be assured of chance to turn around.

There are times in life when you’re stuck. Nothing seems to be changing - monotony seems to rule. You just have to wait!

What can you do? What do you do? Here’s some Godly wisdom…

“Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed;

I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you;

I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”

Isaiah 41:10

TODAY, remember, God is with you even in the queue!
